WHHHATTT.. Are you for real!!!! "I" Can Never Reach Enlightenment. Oh, commone now. Then what the potato am I doing here? You may ask.
Good question but let me explain. When I mean "I", I am talking about the concept of I. Everything you know about yourself is as "I". So when you say, I am... whatever comes after this. Because to get to enlightenment is all about losing the "I" so how can the "I" be enlightened?
Here are some points to reflect on and remember:
You need to lose the "I" to be enlightened, so how can the "I" be enlightened?
We need to remove everything we know about the self to reach enlightenment.
Fluids come together > They Abstract (though our beliefs and filters) > and then the "I" appears = This is an illusion.
So now, can you reach enlightenment?
Here is a ripper video I found of Stephen Wolinsky (one of the few living direct disciples of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj) talking about is there Enlightenment?
Get a feeling of your "I".
Then feel that everything you add to that "I" is just games, and ego stuff, that is pushing you further away from enlightenment.
Then, feel that by loosing all concepts of who you think you are that you are free to just be. Just be and express your Divine gifts. Note that this feels different than trying to fix, improve, or make better the "I" self.
