How to eliminate all of your problems in 1 second flat with this simple technique.
Here we explore where problems exist in the mind and how to literally eliminate them, all with whis simple technique. We also look at how our past hurt is reflected into the future in a simple diagram I have created for you. Try this out and see that we really can eliminate problems quickly and with ease.
Here are some points to reflect on and remember:
We must understand how past pain is reflected, and projected into future expectations.
By understanding this we can better choose our current states.
It's in the NOW moment that all problems and fears disappear.
Most negative past thoughts we hold onto lead to DEPRESSION, and most future negative thoughts we hold onto lead to FEAR.
So if we go into the now, this NOW moment, and ask ourselves how many problems we have, the answer should be NONE!
Here is a snippet from a documentary where Eckhart Tolle was in talking about the power of now. It is worth a watch.
Think of a problem you have right now, and ask yourself "If I had no memories, beliefs, associations of what this problem was, what is it?"
When I have a problem, ask myself, what in the past am I holding onto that does not serve me?
How am I projecting this into the future?
How can I remember to focus on the NOW moment to experience what is true right now? Is there an anchor I can use to remind myself to do this?
Ask yourself right NOW, how many problems do I have?
