Immense Pleasure = Immense Pain, Let me Explain.

Like going to the gym to lift some weights we are propelled into love equally, by the amount we are willing to explore our darkness or shadow. Just chasing the light, love, meditation, etc, sometimes does little, but it's in chasing our demons that allows us to shine more and be more of who we really are.

Here are some points to reflect on and remember:

• We are propelled into love equally, by the amount we are willing to explore our darkness or shadow.
• We need to learn to embrace our demons to unravel their puzzle to truly grow as a human being.
• We need to go deep into our demons to move though them to get to the light.
• We need to challenge our own beliefs and concepts of the world and our self.
• Remember that our shadow holds the key to our bliss.

It is almost counter intuitive to explore the dark, evil, fear of our own mind but in doing so this allows the natural light of who we are to shine though.

Here is a documentary trailer by Debbie Ford called "The Shadow" which is an exploration of the shadow of society, our own shadows and how to love the darkness of our shadow, which allows us to step into our biggest dream.

What are people and friends constantly telling us that we are not willing to act upon yet? What do you think your greatest demons are? What methods could you use or how do you think these demons can be explored and removed? If I had no fear, what would I realistically do from Monday to Friday? On a level of 1-10, how much love have I experienced? And, how much have I explored my demons? Do you see a correlation?
